Job Description
Gensco has an immediate need for an Outside Sales Representative - HVAC Supplies to service new and established accounts in our Eastern Region serving Missoula, Montana!
Territory: Missoula, Polson, Bitterroot Valley, and some surrounding areas
Perform a broad range of responsibilities for commercial and residential HVAC supplies sales, Customer development, value engineering support, system design assistance and sales support responsibilities.

Compensation: During initial 3-24 months in position, a salary guarantee of $60,000-$70,000 annually is provided based on work experience. Following this period, compensation transitions to an incentive-based plan with a $1,000 per month salary ($12,000 annually) with uncapped incentive pay, company vehicle (equipped with dashcam technology), gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Introducing and selling HVAC supplies to Residential and Commercial Contractors
- Targeting potential Customers and developing new accounts
- Bidding jobs, producing quotes, processing Customer orders, and providing Customers technical product information
- Attend training sessions with Customers and take an active role in helping those Customers execute on resulting action plans
- Support Region Credit Manager in dealing with Customer credit and collections issues.
Education/Experience/Skills
- Related industry experience
- High level of proficiency in computer technology including Microsoft Office.
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a good driving history. All company vehicles are equipped with dual-facing dashcam technology to ensure safety of our Team and the public.
