Earl Owen Distribution, a division of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to support the West Texas region. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business, supporting established accounts, and helping customers find the right automotive, RV, marine, and related aftermarket solutions.

About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will use product knowledge, business systems, and consultative selling skills to support current and prospective customers across your territory. You will work closely with Inside Sales and regional leadership to drive account development, resolve customer needs, and strengthen Earl Owen’s presence in the market.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, present products, and sell to new and existing customers
• Visit newly established accounts and established accounts with strong growth potential
• Deliver sales presentations and communicate accurate product information and availability
• Partner with Inside Sales to resolve customer issues and support account development
• Support product displays, schedule maintenance, and ongoing communication with the Regional Manager
• Follow established company policies and procedures and assume other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior outside sales experience
• Ability to travel weekly, including occasional weekends and trade shows
• Strong time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office experience, including strong Outlook and Excel skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Skills

• Some college coursework or degree preferred
• General knowledge or experience with marine electronics, parts, and accessories
• Experience training or educating customers, such as teaching customers how to use online or system features
