Outside Sales Representative Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet directly with business owners and decision makers to present solutions that improve their operations.

This is a territory-based B2B sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage local businesses within your territory
  • Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision makers
  • Build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients
  • Close new customer agreements
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
  • Expected first-year earnings: $65k – $100k+
  • 10 Paid Holidays

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Outside sales experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
Work Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Monday – Friday
  • Typical schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Weekend opportunities available depending on territory
