Job Description

• This is a 20+ year old window and door distributor serving residential and commercial customers throughout Minnesota and the surrounding region

What is Being Offered:

• $60K-$70K+ base + commission (OTE $120K-$140K)

What The Position is About:

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by calling on builders, architects, designers, and homeowners in the assigned territory
• Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
• Represent and promote the company at trade shows and industry events
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects while maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years of outside sales experience within the building materials or construction industry
• Relationship-driven sales approach with a hunter mentality
• Window and door industry experience is preferred
