About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing sales representative to bring in new customers and sell interior and exterior signs to local businesses. This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role, which means you’ll sell directly to businesses.

You’ll spend regular time visiting local businesses, meeting with owners and decision-makers, and building relationships. You’ll also follow up with existing customers to grow repeat business.

What You’ll Do

• Find new customers through business visits, phone calls, emails, and networking.
• Introduce yourself to local business owners and decision-makers to discuss their signage needs.
• Contact past and current customers about new signage needs.
• Learn about each customer’s business and help them find the right signs.
• Keep customer information, conversations, and follow-up tasks organized in our customer management system (CRM).
• Work with our inside sales team to help close sales.
• Track your sales opportunities and progress toward monthly goals.
• Attend sales meetings, training, and local networking events.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. B2B sales experience is a plus.
• Someone comfortable visiting businesses, starting conversations, and asking for their business.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage your time and work independently while supporting a team.
• Comfort using computers, Google tools, and a CRM. HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Sign industry experience is helpful.

Work Schedule and Location

You’ll work from our Gilbert office and spend regular time out in the community visiting businesses, meeting customers, and attending networking events. This position requires local travel during standard business hours.
