We sell premium compressed air equipment with captive aftermarket. We repair this equipment on-site and on-demand, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

This person will directly cover Industrial market customers in our Central Texas geography. The position will report directly to the General Manager for the Fluid Flow Central States group of Fluid Flow Products, Inc.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES (but are not limited to the following):
• Familiarization with the design and application of all contractual and accessory lines supported by Fluid Flow.
• Work with service technicians to maximize their effectiveness. Sell service contracts, gain new customers, and capture accounts.
• Make direct calls in the market area, promoting full-line products, aftermarket solutions, and service sales. Grow the business to the point where additional support and service staff can be hired.
• Solicit assigned customers' inquiries and orders, and handle negotiations, adjustments, and complaints. Assistance is available from applications engineering, technical inside sales, and dedicated customer service teams.
• Set up and perform various equipment surveys, and accompany auditors on air audits that we sell.
• Assist in the resolution of customer-initiated technical issues.
• Continue professional education through principal-sponsored schools, membership and participation in industry associations, contact with potential equipment sources, internet and catalog reviews, and self-study.
• Keep the CRM opportunities database (Salesforce) current, and use it as both a directional tool for yourself and a communication tool with others in the organization.
• Review assigned sales territories and accounts, and organize coverage to minimize wasted effort while maximizing face-to-face selling time and profitability.
• Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities and surveying customer needs and market trends.
The immediate priority:
Grow the territory Sales and Margin. We will have the luxury of working with existing inside sales and customer service staff to consult with on present and long-term accounts.
Short term actions include:
Provide seamless coverage (personal, phone, email) with customers.
Latch onto and close opportunities that find their way to us. Develop projects turned up by own and previous sales efforts.
