About Weisinger Incorporated

Authentic relationships are standard practice at Weisinger Incorporated. Since our founding in 1975, we’ve seen significant advances in technology, growth across Texas, and constant industry change.

What hasn’t changed is our commitment to relationships — with our customers, employees, community, and families. We are true to our roots. Our word and a handshake still represent our commitment to meet the client’s needs. We are firmly committed to being the solution to the problem — not the problem that needs solving.

While we drill and construct water wells of all types and sizes, service is at the core of what we do. We specialize in well rehabilitation, repair, and ongoing maintenance to support long-term performance and dependable water supply. Our team restores underperforming wells, services and replaces pumps and motors — including those installed by other providers — and provides proactive lifecycle support to protect capacity and extend system life.

We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, because we understand how critical it is to keep water flowing.

Our experienced field teams are supported by licensed professional geoscientists, engineers, and water treatment specialists. This in-house expertise allows us to evaluate real-world conditions, work confidently within Texas regulatory frameworks, and support complex groundwater and pumping systems. Whether responding to urgent failures or planning long-term improvements, our focus remains reliable, durable performance.

Weisinger operates with a sense of urgency and a team mindset. Our structure allows questions to be answered quickly and solutions to move forward without delay. Safety and responsible execution guide everything we do.
