Lynch Truck Center of Waterford is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our Commercial Sales Division. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll be the face of our company in the field, meeting with business owners, fleet managers, and decision-makers to provide tailored vehicle solutions. The four available territories are: Madison, WI, McHenry County, IL, Kenosha, WI and Fox Valley, WI.

Requirements

• Proven success in outside sales (fleet, automotive, or B2B sales preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business accounts in assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with fleet managers and business owners
• Present and sell fleet vehicle solutions that meet client needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge
