Job Description

  • Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
  • Experienced HVAC Sales Rep – Virginia Beach, VA
  • Guy Smith is one of the largest and fastest growing heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical companies.
  • We are looking for an energetic, dynamic service technician or salesperson who is skilled at in-home or retail presentations. In-home sales experience is required. HVAC industry experience is preferred, but not required since Absolute will be putting you through product training. A highly confident and experienced HVAC technician, who wants to move into sales, will succeed. If you are looking to earn an income of $150k plus and expand your career.

  • Residential HVAC Outside Sales Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team.
  • Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with home owners.
  • Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting.

  • Qualifications:
  • Valid Drivers’ License
  • Residential service experience is preferred
  • 3+ years with excellent customer service skills and HVAC/R Outside Sales experience
