of Responsibility:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an established veteran salesprofessional, learning the ins and outs of the territory, customer base, and product line, with a clear path to take over the territory upon transition.

What You Will Contribute:

• Work closely with a senior sales representative to understand the territory’s history, accounts, and strategies
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and cultivating new prospects
  
• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for customer needs
  
• Track all sales activities and customer interactions through CRM tools
  
• Participate in training, product updates, and industry events to maintain expertise

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Completion of either a manufacturing trade school certificate program, a two-year college degree or work equivalent.
• Some working knowledge and understanding of CNC machine technology and applications.
• Basic manufacturing technology, tooling and part inspection is desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to interpret instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Frequent travel throughout a regional sales territory is necessary.
