Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 base salary DOE + uncapped commission structure
Total On-Target Earnings: $200,000 – $250,000

The lineup includes 20 versatile 1-pound cooked meats that heat in just 2–3 minutes on the skillet, along with standout premium steaks — New York Strip, Ribeye, Wagyu Sirloin, Japanese Teriyaki Steak — plus Texas Smoked Brisket, Tennessee Pulled Pork, Hawaiian Kalua Pork, and a range of globally flavored chicken options (Japanese Teriyaki Chicken, Cajun Smoked Chicken Thigh, Mediterranean Chicken Breast, and more).
The Opportunity
We're introducing a breakthrough direct-to-consumer (D2C) outside sales model that outperforms traditional approaches: straightforward in-home conversations, instant perceived value through strong no-brainer offerings, no installations or complicated commitments, and recurring revenue that builds long-term wealth.
Our high-conversion sales process is designed to win quickly:
Sales reps consistently close $500–$750 in daily revenue, earning commission on first recurring revenue orders. Reps also provide strong incentives for referrals, connecting satisfied customers directly to the same no-brainer offering to drive additional sales and recurring revenue. This structure creates powerful, sustainable income.
Your Role
As Outside Sales Manager, you will own the build-out of our in-home sales organization by hiring, onboarding, developing and continually growing the team.
