What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a high-impact "Hunter" who thrives on the challenge of building a territory from the ground up. The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of strategic vision and relentless execution You aren't just looking for a desk job; you are a proactive professional who enjoys "boots on the ground" prospecting and has the grit to turn a cold lead into a long-term strategic partnership. Compensation And Benefits:

  • Base Salary Starting At $55,000 - $65,000, flexible
  • UNCAPPED Commission - 10% of Sales Booked During First Year
  • Gas Reimbursement - approx. $150/month
  • Phone Reimbursement - $50-$100 month
  • Full Benefits Package

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Market Expansion

  • Conduct deep-dive research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.

  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships that expand the company’s footprint and market presence.

  • Develop the roadmap for expansion into new territories (e.g., Nashville, Dallas, and Tampa) based on successful sales milestones in the Atlanta region.

Direct Sales & Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify, nurture, and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
  • Execute high-volume cold calling and "boots on the ground" prospecting strategies specifically targeting Atlanta-based businesses.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end application process for all new sales, ensuring every partner meets our rigorous commercial standards.

Client & Portfolio Management

  • Engage with key stakeholders and customers to gather insights, ensuring our service offerings remain aligned with industry trends.

    Identify and fill existing service gaps within our portfolio; manage "waitlisted" opportunities to ensure seamless partner transitions.

  • Successfully bridge the gap between B2B sales and residential service delivery to maximize value for all parties.

Qualifications We Require:

  • 3- 10 years of expertise in the entire B2B outside sales journey, with a relentless drive from cold-prospecting and lead generation to closing.
  • Ability to translate market feedback into actionable developmental and business strategies.
  • Building and maintaining alliances with key businesses and decision makers.
  • Ability to manage existing gaps in a portfolio while simultaneously building for future scale.
  • Experience with Google Suite and Sales CRM platforms.
