Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with potential customers by knocking doors and presenting home improvement solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients to establish trust and deliver value.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive efforts and consistent follow-through.
• Transition to using provided leads after demonstrating success in direct outreach.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $72,819 – $250,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission + Bonuses).
• Flexibility Create your schedule with options to work evenings and weekends.
• Bonuses Performance-based incentives and opportunities for quarterly bonuses.

Requirements:

• Willingness to knock doors and generate your own leads during training.
• Strong work ethic, confidence, and competitive nature.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HIS (Home Improvement Sales) License preferred but not required.
