Compensation: $70,000 - $200,000 / year

Aspen Contracting is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team as an Outside Sales Consultant serving the Billings, MT market

This is a field-based opportunity where you'll work directly with homeowners, build relationships, identify exterior restoration needs, and help customers find the right solutions for their homes.

Whether you have previous outside sales experience or are coming from retail, customer service, hospitality, banking, automotive, insurance, or another customer-facing background, we'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

No roofing experience? No problem. If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to grow, we'll teach you the rest.

Office 106 – Billings, MT

This is a field-based position serving the Billings, MT market

While there is no traditional office location for daily reporting, training, team meetings, and other business-related activities may take place at locations designated by management based on business needs.

Employment Type:
Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation:
$70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure:
Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training:
Paid Training Provided

Schedule:
Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel:
Local travel throughout the Billings, MT market

Experience:
No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

Meet directly with homeowners and build strong customer relationships
Conduct exterior property inspections and identify roofing, siding, and gutter needs
Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions
Generate and develop new sales opportunities
Prospect and engage with homeowners in the community
Present project options and help customers make informed decisions
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Manage your customer pipeline and maintain accurate information
Work closely with internal teams throughout the project process
Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community

Previous outside sales experience is helpful but not required

Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory
Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and speaking directly with homeowners
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments
Strong communication and organizational skills
