Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Construction

Fort Myers, Florida $70K–$80K Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $150K+), PTO, Company Vehicle, Gas Card, Medical Benefits, 401(k) w/ Match

Our Client is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of a territory in the commercial construction space. This isn’t a “sit back and manage accounts” role, this is for someone who thrives on autonomy, builds strong partnerships, and turns hustle into high earnings.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-first, relationship-driven role where your effort directly impacts your income.

Own and grow your territory, this is your business within the business

Prospect relentlessly: cold calls, jobsite visits, networking, referrals

Build a strong pipeline and close deals that drive consistent revenue

Develop long-term partnerships with contractors and decision-makers

Deliver tailored, solution-based proposals—not cookie-cutter pitches

Stay sharp on products, pricing, and market trends

Be the go-to resource your customers rely on

What Makes You a Fit

You thrive working autonomously and take full ownership of your results

You’re a natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly

1+ year of sales or business development experience (construction/industrial preferred)

Mechanically inclined—comfortable talking tools, fasteners, and jobsite solutions

Strong communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Comfortable in a hands-on environment (lifting, jobsite visits, etc.)
