Our Outside Sales team is an integral part of our wholesale business. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, our Outside Sales Representatives oversee a defined territory, nurture strong relationships with existing customers, and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales representative to join our team in the Lower Mainland.
What you will do:
• Recruit new customers and introduce product initiatives within a defined region
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Develop and maintain existing customer partnerships
• Prepare and present quotations
• Conduct sales presentations to new and existing customers
• Work with Inside team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
About you:
• You are a motivated individual with previous sales experience, and a proven track record of delivering results
• You possess industry knowledge and bring valuable insight and product knowledge
• You are committed to providing excellent customer service
• You possess strong networking, interpersonal and presentation skills
• You are an effective and clear communicator

ROBINSON values your experience and recognizes the contributions you make to the success of our business. Your starting pay will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role. In BC, employees in this position can expect to earn a base salary of $57,000 to $75,000 per year, with opportunities to earn more as you grow and develop with us. Your salary will be supplemented with monthly bonus opportunities, monthly commission payments, wellness days, RRSP program and a generous benefits package.
