Are you a seasoned outside sales professional in the wholesale industry looking for your next challenge?

We're looking for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building strong partnerships, solving customer challenges, and driving market share growth. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a territory, work with a trusted brand, and make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow your book of business within a defined territory
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with ROBINSON customers
• Recruit new customers and introduce them to ROBINSON’s wide range of industry-leading products
• Provide accurate product recommendations by reviewing plans and understanding customer needs
• Prepare and present quotations and conduct product presentations
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Represent ROBINSON with professionalism, becoming a go-to resource in your market

Who You Are:

• An experienced outside sales professional, ideally with HVAC knowledge
• A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of growing territory sales
• A natural relationship-builder with strong networking, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Driven to exceed targets and expand your market share
• Based in or near the Edmonton area with the ability to visit customers within the territory regularly
