A growing manufacturing company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth through field-based sales efforts. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate who is motivated, outgoing, and eager to build a career in sales while earning a strong base salary plus commission.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new customers through in-person visits, calls, and outreach.
Present company products and solutions to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Track leads, sales activity, and follow-ups to meet revenue goals.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in presenting and negotiating.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Organized and goal-oriented.
Requirements:
Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
Must be comfortable working in the field and meeting clients in person.
