The Outside Processing & Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement of parts to and from outside processing vendors while ensuring all required paperwork and documentation is accurate and complete. This position also performs shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks, staging materials, and maintaining accurate records of parts in transit.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail to ensure parts, quantities, paperwork, and vendor requirements are properly coordinated.
This position is primarily performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment and requires regular movement throughout the facility. The employee may be exposed to manufacturing equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and operating material-handling equipment, as well as loading and unloading materials.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee could be exposed to extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
