THE JOB:

As an Outside Laborer, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks across our property. Your work ensures a polished first impression for guests and a smooth, safe experience for team members.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain all outdoor grounds, including mowing lawns, raking leaves, and upkeeping landscaping for a pristine appearance

• Perform manual labor such as lifting, pulling, pushing, shoveling, and clearing drains to support daily property needs

• Handle barn area responsibilities such as manure cart removal, paddock and stall cleaning, and drain maintenance

• Assist with property-wide upkeep such as pothole patching, signage placement, salting sidewalks, and snow removal

• Support special events by setting up tents, arranging picnic tables, and power washing high-traffic areas like bus shelters and entrances

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years or older and able to obtain required licensing through the New York State Gaming Commission

• Has an understanding of safety practices and the ability to follow procedures in all weather conditions

• Has a passion for maintaining beautiful and functional spaces with a positive and guest-focused mentality

• Has previous experience in landscaping, outdoor maintenance, or facilities support

• Is a dependable team player who takes initiative and communicates effectively

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$50.63

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
