Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $18.00 per hour to start

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM–12:00 AM

Training: First-shift training, then transition to 2nd shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Outside Forklift Operator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a 16,000 lb. forklift and be comfortable working outdoors in a production or industrial environment. This position requires someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently. Consistent attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an outside forklift with a capacity of approximately 16,000 lbs.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the yard or facility.
• Read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Assist with other material-handling duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a 16,000 lb. forklift required.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Previous outdoor forklift or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Must have excellent attendance and show up to work every day.
• Must be willing to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift.

Attendance Requirement

Reliable attendance is a critical requirement for this position. Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled every day. Consistent attendance is necessary to remain in the position.
