As an Outside Commercial Sales Representative, you will build and maintain customer relationships while selling commercial truck, industrial, agriculture, Intermodal, OTR/Earthmover, retread, and new tire products and services.

The salary range for this position is $65,000–$85,000, based on experience, qualifications, and performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing sales with new and existing customers
• Conducting fleet surveys and scrap tire analysis
• Managing tire maintenance programs
• Completing weekly sales reports and customer follow-ups
• Cold calling and identifying new business opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside vehicle, tire, or truck sales experience required
• 1+ year of tire industry experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with lifting up to 250 lbs
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
