
We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to join the Foundation in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. The Foundation for California Community Colleges is on a mission to double its impact in the next 10 years. We are a group of relentless optimists and innovators in education, working collaboratively with public and private partners to help improve the student experience and expand pathways to economic and social mobility in communities across California.
What You’ll Do
The Outreach Specialist is a key role in the Success Center at the Foundation for Community Colleges that leads integrated communications, marketing, and user engagement efforts for the California Community Colleges’ Vision Resource Center (VRC). The role blends strategic program communications planning, content and campaign execution, community moderation and training, stakeholder engagement, and analytics-driven optimization to grow adoption and deepen value for colleges, districts, and system professionals across the state. The Specialist partners closely with Professional Learning and Success Center leadership to align messaging and initiatives with Vision 2030 priorities, while championing user needs and experience across VRC features and programs.

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
