About the Role
This role is all about generating employment class action case leads in California by identifying and engaging potential class representatives (plaintiffs) tied to large employers with repeated labor code violations. You’ll blend lead generation, investigative research, outreach, and intake coordination to uncover strong opportunities and move them toward signed representation. Social media is a tool in the toolkit, but the work is closer to a hybrid of recruiter, investigator, and intake specialist than a traditional marketer.
