At Delaney at Parkway Lakes, an LCS community, we believe people do their best work when they’re empowered, trusted, and rewarded. We’re seeking an accomplished Director of Outreach to lead occupancy growth through strategic outreach, relationship‑based selling, and decisive closing.
The Director of Outreach manages the Health Center admissions process and maintains relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other care providers as well as prospective residents/guests and their families. The job will require both a of mix of external business development as well as inside sales support as needed.
