Outreach & Growth Representative Greater Goals ABA Corp | $60,000/Year + Commission | Full-Time

We’re looking for an Outreach & Growth Representative who thrives on connection. Someone who walks into a school, a pediatrician’s office, or a community center and leaves behind more than a business card — they leave behind trust. This is field-based, relationship-driven work with real stakes: every referral you generate is a family one step closer to the support they need.

A Day in This Role Looks Like:

• 12–15 in-person visits, aiming for 8–10 meaningful referral conversations
• Guiding new client leads from first contact through active service
• Partnering with intake teams to keep the pipeline moving accurately
• Helping staff RBT/BCBA cases and bridging communication between the field and HQ
• Cultivating long-term partnerships with schools, doctors, and community organizations
• Reporting weekly on your outreach wins and pipeline progress

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have outreach, business development, or client acquisition experience
• Have managed a referral or sales pipeline with real results to show for it
• Can run your own schedule with discipline and accountability
• Build trust naturally and follow through on every promise
• Bring knowledge of ABA or the autism/behavioral health space (a plus, not a must)
