Provides outreach and admissions support services to the contract through data entry from various applicant source documents into the OASIS computer system for processing to ensure an outgoing flow of complete applications for eligible youth wishing to enter the Job Corps Program.

Duties:

• Processes application documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures of returning incomplete documents to the Admissions staff for resolution.

• Collects and verifies required documentation of applicants to determine eligibility and suitability for Job Corps and inputs all enrollment information into the required database.

• Ensures that all admission forms are properly signed and completed.

• Correct and modify inaccurate files and records.

• Obtains any additional information necessary to complete the application file.

• Update the database with new information as it becomes available.

• Uploads documents into the applicant files.

• Notifies youth of acceptance and assignment.

• Maintains weekly contact with all applicants pending arrivals and documents all contact in the required database.

• Provides all applicants determined not suitable or ineligible with a denial letter from OASIS.

• Conduct information sessions as necessary.

• Contact prospective Job Corps students as necessary.

• Maintains accountability of property, adheres to safety practices and performs safety inspections in areas of responsibility.

• Adheres to required property control policies and procedures.

• Works to ensure performance management standards and goals are met.

• Complies with all Department of labor (DOL) guidelines, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Insights Training Group , LLC policies and procedures.

• Models appropriate employability skills for dress, language, and work habits.

• Participates in PRH-mandated staff training. Requires travel for face-to-face meetings that can include overnight and out-of-state travel.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid State Driver’s License
