The Outreach and Enrollment Specialist is a full time position responsible for outreach and education to current Family Health Center patients as well as community residents regarding their healthcare coverage options. The person(s) in this position will use confidential and proprietary information from Family Health Centers as well as outside information to identify potential candidates needing assistance to comply with new Health Insurance regulations. The Specialist (s) will schedule appointments, provide educational materials, help individuals understand and access insurance options, and direct them to appropriate channels for enrollment. Specialist(s) will maintain detailed and accurate reporting, tracking measures, and conducting follow up activities. Adheres to Corporate Compliance program by reporting improper or unethical conduct, violation of applicable laws, regulations, or program requirements.
Hospital schedule will cover the hospital daily from 8:00am - 1:00pm, at the latest, and will finish their day at Hoople location. Position requires working on Saturdays to provide coverage. Staff will have ability to flex time during the week.
