BBS Registration $30.00-$36.00
BBS License $36.00-$43.00

What You’ll Do:
Our therapists make a difference in the lives of our patients. Our dedicated professionals work tirelessly to create an environment that fosters healing, growth, and long-term wellness.
Responsibilities include:
· Provides individual, group, and family therapies using various professional treatment modalities.
· Participates in the formulation of patient's treatment plans, goals and objectives
· Develops and coordinates an individualized discharge plan for the patient by utilizing treatment team and written chart information to determine the patient's aftercare needs.
· Accesses by phone or written correspondence family or community resources such as group homes, or private mental health practitioners to meet patients' aftercare needs.
Requirements
· Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field required
· BBS Registration (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, AMFT, ASW, or APCC) required
· Current BLS for healthcare provider card upon hire
· Therapeutic Options™ training to be obtained prior to providing direct patient care without a preceptor
· If you currently have an Associate license such as ASW, APCC We offer clinical supervision for BBS hour accrual towards licensure

Aurora Charter Oak Behavioral Health Care is located on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Covina, California. We have been providing mental health and substance abuse treatment services at this same location since 1941. Covina is about 22 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, in the San Gabriel Valley. The San Gabriel Mountains provide a stunning backdrop to our campus, which includes Aurora Charter Oak Hospital and the Charter Oak Recovery Center. Our campus includes three separate buildings featuring eight separate units for adolescents and adults requiring inpatient care, a Residential Treatment Center (RTC), an Outpatient Services building, and an Assessment Center which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our campus also includes a pool and a gymnasium.
