Exciting Opportunity: Outpatient Therapist (Full-Time – Adults & Adolescents)

Location: High Focus Centers

Schedule: Full-Time - 3 evenings required (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and 2 daytime shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary: $55,000 – $57,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)

Position Overview

The Full-Time Outpatient Therapist will play a vital role in providing individual therapy, facilitating engaging group sessions, and conducting Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs). You will work with both adult and adolescent clients in an outpatient setting, focusing on individualized, goal-oriented treatment and creating a positive therapeutic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to a caseload of adolescent and adult clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the outpatient program schedule.
• Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and document clinical findings in accordance with program standards.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and training as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach to care.
