
Surgical Tech
32 Hours Weekly, Full Time, Dayshift - No Weekends/No Holidays
The surgical technologist works under the direct supervision of a RN in the operating room environment. Must possess strong clinical knowledge and skills regarding operating room procedures. Must be highly motivated and self-directed with a positive attitude and good communication skills. Wiling to have flexible work schedules and duties, which will include ancillary duties as cleaning rooms between cases, stocking room, helping in the central sterile area and have a proven record to expedite room turn over, good organizational skills and an understanding of importance of teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Must have completed accredited vocational or military surgical technologist training course.
Certified Surgical Technologist preferred
BLS required within 90 days of hire
