What We’re Looking For

  • A professional degree in Physical Therapy (bachelors, masters or doctor of physical therapy).
  • Current state licensure in Ohio and/or West Virginia.
  • Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.
  • A team-oriented, friendly, patient-centered, and empathetic professional with excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and emotional maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and medical conditions.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on proper techniques, injury prevention, and post-treatment care.
  • Track patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
