Requirements

What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide hands on interventions and therapeutic exercise.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Modify interventions as directed to support patient progress, safety, and comfort.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active (or in progress) Massachusetts PTA license.
• 1+ year of outpatient experience preferred.
• A team first mindset and clear communication skills.
