Patient volume: Lower than industry norms, our expectations are less than 12 patients per dayVisit structure: 1:1 patient careDocumentation: AI-supported documentation + Prompt EMR to reduce after-hours documentationSchedules: Predictable, thoughtfully built schedulesCare decisions: PT-led clinical autonomy—you decide the plan of careSupport staff: Exercise Specialists to support treatment flow so you can focus on being a clinician

2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeksStructured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer MentorMonthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principlesIn-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathwaysSpecialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)

What You'll Need

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • A desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully

Peak Physical Therapy operates 11 clinics across the South Shore including Kingston, East Bridgewater, Braintree, Cohasset, Duxbury, Hanover, Milton, Norwell, Scituate, Quincy, and Pembroke. Specialty services include orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular, TMJ, aquatic therapy, pediatrics, dry needling, and more.
