Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient Only
Location: Near Modesto, California
Facility Type: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, No Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient-only practice at a well-established FQHC near Modesto, CA This is a mission-driven opportunity to provide comprehensive care to an underserved patient population in a team-based, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting

• Collaborate with an integrated care team including behavioral health, nursing, and case management

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team huddles

• Advocate for patients and help eliminate barriers to healthcare

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of California

• DEA license (or ability to obtain)

• Passion for providing care to underserved and diverse communities

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
