As we continue to grow our service offerings, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated OP CDI Customer Success Lead to join our dedicated team in a fully remote capacity

As an OP CDI (Outpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity) Customer Success Lead, this individual is responsible for driving client success through expert oversight of CDI operations, quality, and compliance. This role partners with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, achieve desired outcomes, optimize performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client relationship lead, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Provide OP HCC CDI subject matter expertise and oversee project execution, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks and scope changes, and ensure successful delivery of contracted services.
  • Partner with staffing and operational teams to align resources, performance expectations, and project needs.
  • Ensure adherence to established workflows, quality standards, contractual requirements, and financial targets.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement actions to optimize quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand client partnerships and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support growth strategies and client retention.
  • Represent the organization as a trusted advisor and industry ambassador through professional engagement and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outpatient CDI, risk adjustment, HCC coding, clinical auditing, or related healthcare operations, with demonstrated experience managing client engagements, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and performance outcomes.
  • Active RN license required.
  • CCDS, CCDS-O, CDIP, CDEO, CRC, and/or other relevant CDI, coding, or risk adjustment certifications strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines, HCC risk adjustment methodologies, CDI best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, evaluate performance trends, and implement process improvements that support client and organizational goals.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, presentation, and consultation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration tools, including Teams, Zoom, VPN, and other remote-work technologies.
