NoneAllina Health is seeking an outpatient psychiatrist to join our team at Hastings Clinic. In this role, you’ll practice at the forefront of behavioral health integration, delivering psychiatric expertise embedded within a primary care clinic setting. You’ll collaborate directly with medical providers and behavioral health clinicians to improve patient access and outcomes.
Key Position Details:
As a psychiatrist at Allina Health, you will support a growing collaborative care model by providing psychiatric consultation, direct patient evaluation, and treatment within the outpatient clinic setting. You will work closely with primary care providers, psychologists, therapists, and care managers toidentifymental health conditions early, guide treatment plans, and reduce barriers to care.
Schedule
M-F schedule, with option to work from home part time
8 hour day shifts
No weekend work
No current or expected call rotation

Pay Range
Pay Range: $340,025 to $351,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
