About the role
Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and core standard.

What you will do

Manage and organize the Restaurant Operation.
Responsible for the completion all mise-en-place and setups as indicated in a timely manner and reflects the highest standards of the hotel.
Handle guest complaints and solve them.
Maintain a good relationship with regular clients.
Responsible for all operating equipment, audiovisual equipment or other tools that have been assigned to Restaurant Operation.
The Food & Beverage Department is a team that collaborates closely. When necessary, the department will assign you to provide support for the operational work of other departments, ensuring highly efficient coordination among departments and jointly facilitating the overall development of the Food & Beverage Department.
Assist the Director of FB in operation duties.
