Jil Sander is looking for a passionate and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead our Metzingen Outlet.

In this role, you will be a true brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring the continuity of strategic standards and operational excellence while driving business performance and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Your Role:

As Outlet Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every level
• Support recruitment activities and conduct performance and probation reviews
• Inspire, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
• Transform every client interaction into a unique and personalized experience
• Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and effective teamwork
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
• Achieve commercial targets through smart team organization and impactful product presentation
• Contribute to the improvement of commercial performance through product expertise, sales and stock analysis, product rotation and VM supervision

Requirements:

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong customer-oriented approach
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager within fashion or luxury retail
