About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring smooth flow of operations.
  • Develop and present the annual business plan, revenue targets, and expense budgets for review with the Director of F&B.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback and complaints, and ensure positive image preservation.
  • Monitor progress against the business plan, forecast, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Maintain high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the international luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership capability with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and high-end guest expectations
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced, pre-opening or operational environment
  • Experience working within structured frameworks, with adaptability to evolving organisational models and career progression systems
