Job Description

Raffles Makati is a luxurious retreat in the heart of Manila’s financial district, offering 32 elegantly appointed suites with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking city views.



Since its opening in 2012, it has become a distinguished hub for art, literature, and culture, located near the Zuellig Building and Ayala Museum. Guests experience legendary Raffles hospitality, complemented by exceptional service from Raffles Butlers.



Conveniently accessible from Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Raffles Makati is a seamless blend of heritage, sophistication, and modern elegance.

  • Ensures quality guest service that adheres to the corporate, regional, and local Raffles standards through daily inspection of bar functions and operations.
  • Prepares bar reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, participates in the budgeting process, and monitors Micros system.
  • Trains and develops decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant managerial experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
  • Service-oriented, high guest service skills, talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
  • Strong working knowledge of bartending, loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.
