Located in South Ari Atoll, less than 20 minutes from Velana International Airport by domestic flight. Purpose

To produce and ensure completion of all the bills supporting documents on food and beverage sales at the assign outlets

Tasks

• Prepare bills on the all the kitchen and beverage order tickets issued by the service staff.
• Post charges to guests folios by POS machines.
• Ensure that the signatures required by the guests are obtained.
• Collect cash on all cash sales.
• Complete bill entry sheets and other document s as necessary.
• Answer the outlet telephone in the prescribe manner and provide assistance to caller.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all the time.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and hospitality
• Knowledge of Property Management System and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to make decisions independently and confidently
• Strong attention to detail
