Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of water heaters across the UAE market. The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong business relationships with retail shops and Facility Management (FM) companies, ensuring sustainable growth and market penetration.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Promote and sell water heater products to retail outlets, and FM companies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities, track competitors, and expand customer base.
• Present product features, benefits, and technical details to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, and customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales of water heaters or related building materials.
• Strong existing network within retail shops and FM companies in Dubai & Abu Dhabi
• Good technical understanding of water heater products and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
