Outdoor Returns & Stock Control Operative - Monday to Friday
Profit & Asset Protection Returns Operative

Responsible to: Returns Management
Department: Group Profit & Asset Protection
Location: Kingsway DC - Rochdale
Hours: Dayshift Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00

The purpose of this job is to ensure that all types of Store & Internet returns are processed end to end in accordance with company procedures, Also completing other tasks on Outdoor Returns such as; Clearance to stores, ODD Shoes, Tent Inspections, Return to Vendor, Shogun Scan and others

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Unload, breakdown and locate all inbound Retail Returns from both internal and external sources
• Meet all KPI’s set within the department
• Process all Retail/internet Return types from across the group.
• Report any potential quality or product issues to the Management team for review
• Complete returns documentation & liaise with suppliers via email and phone
• Liaise and interact with all operational functions within the DC to ensure that stocks and returns are processed & stored in their respective locations.
• To complete any other ADHOC tasks as directed by your line Manager in line with current levels of responsibility.
• Training on all different job types on Outdoor Returns to be able to be flexible and work where required

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Shogun/WMS skills preferred but not essential
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritise work.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Be able to communicate and operate with all levels of staff.
