The Outdoor Adventure Customer Service Guide supports daily recreation operations by welcoming guests, assisting with bike rentals, and ensuring equipment is clean, maintained, and ready for use.
The Outdoor Adventure Customer Service Guide – On Call greets guests arriving for outdoor activities, provides orientation on equipment usage, and ensures bikes and related gear are properly maintained and ready for guest use. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with equipment setup, and supporting basic bike maintenance to ensure safe and enjoyable recreation experiences.
This position supports the recreation team during busy periods, special events, and peak occupancy days.

Pay Rate: $16 - $18.00/hour. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
