Job Description

Purpose

The Selector I plays a vital role in the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This position involves selecting and staging products for delivery, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and gather products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using pick sheets or other order fulfillment systems.
• Ensure the correct quantity and quality of products are selected for each order.
• Stage selected products for loading onto delivery trucks in a timely and organized manner.
• Inventory Accuracy:
• Report any discrepancies or discrepancies in inventory to supervisors.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
