Job Description

Outbound Sales Specialist (UK Market) Pinelands, Cape Town - Salary R25,000 per month + uncapped commission

Hours: UK business hours (09:3018:00 in summer, 10:3019:00 in winter)

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Specialist
to join our Pinelands-based team and focus on the UK market. This role is all about B2B cold calling, building relationships, and driving sales to chimney sweeps, stove retailers, and fireplace specialists across the UK.

Duties:

  • Make 80 to 100 outbound calls daily to UK businesses.
  • Promote our referral programme and secure sign-ups.
  • Sell firewood and heating products directly to trade customers.
  • Hit weekly lead and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Neutral or UK accent (essential for UK market).
  • 2+ years of outbound sales/cold calling experience (B2B preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication, resilience, and closing ability.
  • Matric/Grade 12 and a legal right to work in South Africa.
