π What youβll do:
π Proactively contact existing clients to upsell FinTech services
π Manage a high volume of calls and outreach emails daily
π Maintain a pipeline of 200+ active sales opportunities
π§Ύ Provide accurate daily/weekly reporting on pipeline progress
π Conduct eCommerce research and client prospecting
π₯οΈ Support customers with payment solution integration
π Handle data entry and maintain CRM accuracy
π£οΈ Use a consultative, solution-selling approach on all calls
π
Work Monday to Friday, 10 AM β 7 PM
π©πͺ Native or fluent German speaker with strong English (C1)
π Previous experience in sales or call center environment is a plus
π― Goal-oriented and self-motivated
π¬ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
π§ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
π» Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
