About the Company
Were a dynamic startup thats shaking up the sales sector. Our innovative products are gaining attention, and were seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to bring in new business through proactive outreach and strategic selling.

About the Role
In this role, youll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media. Youll work on creating strong first impressions and setting up opportunities for the sales team to close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in your territory.
  • Present our solutions in a compelling way to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads and set meetings for the sales team to take over.
  • Maintain a steady flow of new prospects through lead generation tactics.
  • Work with marketing to develop tailored campaigns for targeted outreach.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with rejection and resilient to stay motivated.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn through commissions.
