About the role:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Lead to join our growing sales team in Karachi. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in outbound call center sales who knows how to engage prospects, overcome objections, and consistently close opportunities.
As an Outbound Sales Lead, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, identifying their hiring needs, and introducing Bionic Talent's recruitment solutions. You'll work closely with our Business Development team to build a strong sales pipeline and directly contribute to the company's growth.

What you’ll be doing:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
Generate qualified sales opportunities for the Business Development team.
Identify client hiring challenges and present Bionic Talent's staffing solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
Stay informed about industry trends and Bionic Talent's service offerings.
Who are we looking for?
2–3 years of proven outbound call center sales experience is mandatory.
Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is highly preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or fluent accent.
Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Confident in making high-volume outbound calls every day.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team.
Comfortable working on-site in Karachi.
